Is it really free to start?
Yes. Creating an account is free. You only pay when you choose a subscription plan for your bins.
What does “per bin” mean?
Pricing is for each bin on your account. If you have multiple bins, each one is billed on the selected plan.
What is the one-time bin fee?
The first payment includes a one-time bin fee (GHS 700) for bin provision and setup. Subscription billing continues monthly or yearly after that.
How do pickups get verified?
Each bin has a QR code. Collectors scan it during pickup so you get accurate service history and status updates.
